衝菜

這是充滿台灣味的美味季節小菜,而且烹煮非常容易,如果你很愛芥末的嗆辣,那你一定會愛上它。烹調方式如下:

1. 準備兩大碗的菜心葉,清洗乾淨並切碎。
2. 加入兩大匙油熱炒約 15 秒鐘。
3. 看看菜葉是否變色,變色之後即可關火,然後把菜放進鍋子裡,並用蓋子蓋好。
4. 放涼約 15 分鐘,然後加入醬油,就可以吃囉。

附註:

1. 菜心葉千萬別炒過頭,否則就吃不到類似芥末的嗆辣味。
2. 完成這道菜後,可以在冰箱裡最多保存 3 天,當涼菜食用也行。
3. 菜心葉是冬天的季節限定商品唷。

衝菜 / Wasabi-like Greens This is a Taiwanese seasonal side dish, which is very easy to prepare. If you like the flavor of wasabi, then you'll definitely love it. This is how to prepare:1. Have 2 big bowls of Caixin leaves (菜心葉) cleaned and chopped into small pieces.2. Stir fry the chopped leaves with 2 teaspoons of oil for 15 seconds.3. See if the leaves turn from dark green into light green. If so, turn off the fire, and put the leaves into a pot with a lid.4. Leave it to cool off for 15 minutes. Then add some soy sauce, and the dish is ready to serve.Note:1. Do not overcook the Caixin leaves; otherwise, it won't give the spicy flavor that resembles wasabi.2. Once the dish is done, it can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and served as a cold dish.3. You can get Caixin leaves only in winter.)
